Up next in the art gallery we present our April Exhibition ‘Abstract Echoes in Exploration’. This theme explores shape, colour, texture with works that don’t represent reality. This group show looks amazing with large, bold pieces and smaller works, framed, and on canvas for sale and on display throughout the month. Join us on Friday 4th for the Launch Night celebration to meet the artists, enjoy a drink and find out more about our creative community space. If you can make the Launch the show runs every day 10-5pm.

Christina K Anastasis - “Her journey back to art after 20 years has resulted in a distinctive style characterized by a monochrome palette and a focus on landscapes and seascapes. Through her work, she continues to explore the interplay of colour and form, inviting viewers to experience the beauty of simplicity.”
Matthew Hoare - “Each piece reflects my intention to create a harmonious balance and rhythm of colour that evokes a sense of place. Through this process, I invite the viewer to experience a landscape not as a literal scene, but as a transformative, abstract expression of it.”
Emily Brand - “I began this series with the aim of challenging people to ‘Look Up’ to see what they are missing. So many of us walk around with our heads down, looking at phones or avoiding eye contact with others. My aim was to get the viewer to contemplate how modern life seems to increasingly draw us away from the beauty of the natural world and to start actively observing what is around them.”
Milena Rosa - An abstract is what she loves about the most. In her artwork, you can see acrylic paints and different texture mediums. Her paintings represent calm and meditative. She loves getting inspiration from Petra Thölken and Rinske Douna.
Miquel Sopena - Miguel's painting practice is now mainly abstract, and explores themes of memory, identity, and the passage of time, with special attention to composition, colour, and the materiality of the media he works with.
Clara Leite - I create my paintings in the way, that reflect movement and the beauty of the unknown. Is a journey of experimentation using colours and different techniques. I like to think that through my art I invite viewers to connect with their own imagination and intuition to interpret my work.
Suzzanne North - “My inspirations come from the natural world and the British landscape and its myriad History. In my pursuit of creating abstract art, I aim to capture the essence of these using vibrant colour in acrylic and inks”
Sophia Medhurst - Sophie’s oil and acrylic landscapes live on the edge of abstraction, inspired by the fields and lanes of the Kent countryside. They convey the sense of history and harmony that exists in these locations and often focus on the lanes, routes and patterns in the landscape.
Debbie Seenan - An abstract artist who explores emotion from nature and colour to evoke personal interpretations and transcend traditional visual boundaries
