This workshop offers more then cookery skills. You will learn how to present and flavour indulging vegan dishes and use equipment inc knives correctly.
We cover eating psychology (making the most from eating habits and lifestyles) nutrition and an introduction to vegan products, superfoods and alternatives available on the market these days.
We will also look at in season foods including forged wild foods plus tips and Interesting facts about the human digestive system & body itself.
