The Intuitive Drawing Circle

A group wellbeing art class. Supporting and connecting, Spirit and emotion, through shared storytelling and expression.

Time: doors open from 6:30pm for refreshments - workshop 7-8.30pm.

Location: The Paxton Centre

Hey You! We’ve been looking for you!

We know you’ve been struggling to find us too! Tribe is about heart, love and Spirit, for all of those who live and inhabit the Earth. The Intuitive Drawing Circle, calls you to join a group of brave loving hearts, who, despite the challenges, are trying to make time and space to reconnect with themselves, their spirit and each other.

What will we be doing?

We will explore self and togetherness, through a process called “intuitive drawing”. We will compassionately learn and strengthen our innate ability to create and be expressive. Yes, even you, the one who was told “you can’t draw”; together let’s dismantle that lie, this space is especially for you.

And who am I?

Oh yeah, hey, I’m Racquel, I’m a tree hugging qualified psychotherapist. Drawing has become my second language, and method of expression when I choose to not use words. Through life’s journey, it has been projected onto me that my expression wasn’t good enough, maybe some of you have been told the same? That was until Life and Spirit guided me to choice, and I discovered that I did not have to believe in that lie. And this is why I want to share it with you, as we are all creative and our expressions valid. Find more about me and my practice here https://www.catchingpatterns.co.uk

I am deeply passionate about helping people redefine what it means to live a meaningful life and allow them to feel safe in acknowledging life’s lessons. And as utopian as it sounds, I love when I can see people getting along, laughing, talking [reasoning], crying and being joyful amongst each other.

I pray to experience this with you and that the energy we create in our circle, continues to vibrate in your life with those you meet, and in the good you do.

“We have a choice to change the meaning, and in turn, influence the outcome”.

What do you need to bring?

Bring your own materials if you prefer and if you don’t’ have materials, we provide drawing paper, pencils and other art materials.

Hope to see you there!

Crystal Palace Freelancers 'Jelly' Networking Event

Come and join our 'Jelly' sociable networking at The Paxton Centre for freelancers and those working from home.

Our monthly meet-up on the last Thursday of the month starts at 11am with a 15 minute skill share talk on a relevant topic for freelancers followed by a Q&A session. hosted by Kate Gilbert.

This month's skill share speaker is Matt Ibbs. Matt's talk is titled 'The Friday Buy-Back Scheme' and is about making the best use of your time in business.

"A practical, entertaining, and interactive discussion on how to drop the Y and go from being Busy to being in Business.
Right now, are you "in the weeds"? Most founders are buried in the day-to-day—consumed by busy work, reactive tasks, and challenges of all shapes and sizes.

You are the heart and soul of the business, but that often means you’ve become the bottleneck. There is a constant conflict between the frustration of needing to be there and the fear of what happens if you aren’t. We tell ourselves that firefighting is "productivity," but the truth is it’s just a cage that leaves you with no time to actually DO THE WORK that moves the needle.

In 20 minutes, I will show you how to claw back your time, hone in on what will make the biggest difference to your energy, focus, and ultimately your business."

Arrive by 10:30am to give your self time to buy a drink, meet others and grab a seat. Free entry, but please do buy refreshments from the café to support the Centre.

This drop-in co-working day is a good opportunity to meet other local freelancers and local business owners. Light-touch, no stress networking. Refreshments: tea, coffee, soft drinks, snacks and lunches available all day.

Reserve your free seat to give us an idea of numbers or just turn up on the day.

Hot-desking at The Paxton Centre.

We offer hotdesking at The Paxton Centre from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm in a vibrant yet chilled environment.

Our co-working space covers 2 floors with 7 desks on our mezzanine and additional tables in our main space. All desks upstairs have electric points with USB sockets and access to plug sockets downstairs. We charge £7.50 for a 3-hour slot which includes a hot or cold drink of your choice and access to WIFI. Comedy Night - Palace Panel Show

Could you do with a laugh?
Well, this lovely bunch of comedians will make sure you have one.

Join us on the last Friday of the month for a side-splitting romp through the week's news. It's in a format, not entirely disimilar to those TV panel shows, but this one is live and unedited, plus there is a bar.

Our team will bring you the freshest, topical comedy and an all-round fun night with a different line-up every month.

We’ve been gathering reviews from members of the Palace Panel Show audience. Here’s some of our favourite feedback…

“My husband and I have been to a couple of the Palace Panel Shows to meet up with friends, they were great nights, original comedy, with a fab intimate venue. Would definitely recommend to others.” Lisa from Tonbridge

“Surprisingly funny.” Sarah from Gipsy Hill

“I thought the way quotes work is that you write them then ask us if we are happy to be quoted? But from our very enjoyable evening in April, I would recommend the panel’s witty playing off each other.” Mike from Paddington
“A wonderfully convivial evening with just the right ratio of belly laughs and beer." Helly from Penge

“A volcanic blast of molten humour flowing into every orifice - bringing rapture and delight and being sure to burn the cockles of your heart!” Chris from Wallington

Artist Exhibition Launch Night - March & April

Join us for the Launch Night of our March and April group Artist Exhibition in the gallery over 2 floors. We welcome 15 artists all practising different mediums in and around London. For this one we have gone with an ‘open’ theme and as such we have a wide range of styles, mediums and subjects. So come and meet the artists, enjoy a drink from the bar and find our more about our wonderful space for all things creative!

Exhibiting Artists..

Sophia Shen - @sophia_hxshen

Sophia is an oil painting artist from China. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in fine arts in 2022 and came to the UK in 2024 to pursue a Master's degree. Having fallen in love with the city of Manchester, she decided to stay and work here. She currently serves as Digital Marketing Executive at Charge-M8, General Manager at The Outdoor Collaborative, and is also Co-founder and Leader of Skillio.

Influenced by her father, a Chinese traditional ink painting artist, Sophia has loved drawing since childhood. However, due to academic commitments, she had little time to create her own works beyond copying world-famous masterpieces for practice. In 2026, Sophia formally began exploring her own artistic style, currently focusing primarily on abstract painting.

 Lucian Trestler - @Lucian.magazine

“I am a London-based contemporary figurative painter. My work explores the tension between representation and abstraction, combining structural drawing, repetition, and colour theory to construct and destabilise the human figure. Through painting, I investigate how images are built, perceived, and circulated within contemporary visual culture. “I am a London-based painter, born in 1988, and trained at Camberwell College of Arts (UAL), where I completed a BA in Painting. My practice operates at the intersection of figurative painting, pop art, and formal colour theory, with a strong emphasis online, surface, and the physical presence of paint. Through repetition and fragmentation, I explore the figure as both image and structure.

“My work has been acquired by the Victoria and Albert Museum and exhibited at the Design Museum as part of Hope to Nope: Graphics and Politics 2008–18. I have presented multiple solo exhibitions in London and continue to develop new bodies of work that examine the material and perceptual limits of contemporary figurative painting. I live and work in London.”

Louise Jackson @miss_jackson_makes

“I consider my work to be mixed media. I am essentially a textile designer who likes to paint, print, mark make and embroider. I love pattern and texture, all things nature related and of course birds which feature heavily. Colour is important to me, and I love a bit of sparkle with gold metallics. My influences are many and varied and I am constantly bombarded with opportunities to explore new directions.”

Jartifex - @jartifex_ “I am JDN thee Artifex aka Jartifex.” Artifex - The Latin word artifex means master of an art, artist, craftsman, skilled, artistic, expert, artful. London based, London born and bred individual.

“Art is a constant love of mine since as long as I’ve been able to grasp a pencil who is self-taught in all mediums. It helps me focus but also zone out. Ideas bouncing all over the place with a portfolio full of sketches and unfinished ideas due to often never being satisfied. The portfolio of completed work is some of my proudest moments. My preferred method tools being pencil or a ballpoint pen. I’ve decided to digitise my art to bring my ideas and skills to a new level and give it a life previously unseen. “My style is Inspired and forged by comic, manga, animation, anime, cinema, tv, music, sports, urban, British, Caribbean, urban & ethnic culture.”

 Edward Bullinger @edbullingerart

Edward earned his BA in Fine Art Painting from Norwich University of the Arts in 2011. Over the past decade, he has maintained a studio practice operating between Norwich and London. Rooted in abstract painting, Edward’s practice explores non-figurative themes designed to foster viewer engagement. By employing a diverse palette including acrylics, oils, and inks, he encourages organic growth within each piece, navigating the inherent tension between intentional, handmade marks and the fluid, reactive nature of the medium. This process serves as an investigation into the materiality of nonrepresentational art, balancing visual harmony with physical texture. Edward allows intuition to play a pivotal role, guiding the emotive content of the work. In this practice, the reactionary properties of the paint are as fundamental as the deliberate strokes applied by hand.

Consequently, the paintings evolve into "living" structures; their final forms are not the result of absolute human control but rather emerge through a dynamic interplay between the artist's intention and the raw qualities of the medium.

 Alice Purling @alicepurlstudio

“I am a London-based artist working primarily in landscape painting. I hold a degree in Textiles, which strongly informs my approach to colour, composition, and surface. My practice explores emotional responses to place through expressive mark-making and layered, painterly textures. “I am particularly inspired by Post-Impressionism and its emphasis on expressive colour, structure, and emotional interpretation of landscape. This influence can be seen in my use of heightened colour palettes, gestural brushwork, and the balance between observation and personal response.”

 Bob Holmes ARE @bobholmes

“I studied Fine Art Painting at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, then went on to complete an MA at Chelsea School of Art.

“I spent over two decades working as a Digital and Product Designer in London, specialising in minimalist, user-centred design, while always maintaining an art practice grounded in traditional and digital processes. Prior to this I worked as Senior Technician Demonstrator in the Fine Art Printmaking Department at Winchester School of Art. “Since 2020 I have developed a growing body of artwork, realising this is where my creative energy is strongest. I’m now refocusing my career toward a fully engaged art practice, building on digital disciplines while returning to the curiosity that first drew me to making art. I was lucky enough to be voted as an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (ARE) in Jan 2026.”

 Connor Doughty @ConnorDoughtyArt

“I am currently undergoing my MA in Fine art at Solent University, I am a mixed media artist who primarily focuses on graphite pencil works, however I too produce music, paint, sculpt, do installations, and more. “Currently my creative focus is graphite pencil drawings of horror movie stills, where I am figuring out how horror operates psychologically - how fear, violence, and vulnerability linger in the human body even after the image disappears. These drawings are not about spectacle, but about confrontation: this discomfort, through our memory, honouring the darker edges of visual media.”

 Precious Seronga @seronga.art

Precious Seronga is a Tanzanian illustrator based in London. With a BA in Visual Communication, Leeds Arts University and MA in Fashion Entrepreneurship from the London College of Fashion.

Precious Seronga creates “Afro Maximalist” prints that celebrate women of colour, African textiles, and an aesthetic of bold excess. Her work rejects minimal restraint in favour of layered narratives, saturated colour, bold pattern and symbolic density, mirroring the complexity of Black womanhood itself. Her work has been exhibited at prestigious venues including the Arsenale Nord in Venice, where she was a finalist for the Arte Laguna Prize; the Central Saint Martins Window Galleries for Black History Month; and London City Hall in collaboration with the Mayor of London.

Precious has worked with a range of clients, including Monzo Bank, the Serendipity Institute for Black Arts and Heritage and the Meliá luxury hotel group.

 Tobi Ajibola @artbytobz

Tobi Ajibola is a London-based emerging painter. He creates expressive oil portraits on primed paper, ranging from A4 to A2 in size. His work captures subjects in fun, silly, weird, and occasionally grunge-inflected facial expressions to explore raw emotion, identity, and human connection. Through gestural brushwork and bold colour, the portraits aim to feel immediate and relatable. The practice draws from his Fine Art A-Levels and continues as an ongoing series shared on Instagram (@artbytobz).

Shehara Arachchige @art_with_shen

Shehara Arachchige is a London-based contemporary figurative artist whose practice focuses on portraiture and narrative oil painting. Working across oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pencil, her work explores themes of identity, emotional resilience, and human connection. Her paintings are characterized by expressive brushwork, subtle tonal layering, and a balance between realism and abstraction.

Drawing inspiration from personal memory, cultural experience, and observational studies, Shehara creates portraits that emphasize presence and psychological depth. Through her evolving body of work, she continues to develop a contemporary figurative language rooted in emotion, storytelling, and quiet strength.

 Maryna Gradnova  @costumemodehistory

Maryna Gradnova is a London-based Fieriness ink artist with a strong academic background in art and design, and over 25 years of professional experience in tailoring and material craft. Her practice is rooted in a deep understanding of structure, composition, and material tension, which informs her distinctive monochrome works.

Working primarily in black ink on paper, Gradnova explores coastal landscapes, botanical forms, and the symbolic presence of water. Her signature Fieriness style combines expressive mark-making with controlled composition, capturing both fragility and strength within natural environments. Through contrast, rhythm, and movement, her work evokes atmosphere, emotional depth, and a sense of transformation.

 Rob Cowan @robcowanartist

Rob is a figurative painter who explores the idea of identity and how we present ourselves to the world through our appearance. He sees clothing as a reflection of how we would like to be perceived, and he combines this with other motifs like hair, make up and posture as ways of representing an individual’s identity.

Rob uses scale and colour to create a strong sense of emotion in his work. His paintings range from carefully posed full-figure portraits to spontaneous moments that aim to capture an unfiltered view into our identity.

After studying to Post Graduate level in the British art school system, Rob spent many years building a successful career as an illustrator working in both traditional and digital media. In 2021, he made the shift to figurative painting full-time and now exhibits his work both in the UK and internationally whilst also working on private commissions.

 Hiva Safdary @hiva_safdary

“I'm a digital artist uses drawing as my language to express how I see, think, and feel about the world.

“This group of artworks, titled On the Edge, combines architecture, human figures, and symbolic elements to create spaces that feel both familiar and slightly unfamiliar. The suspended figures and unstable structures reflect how life can appear stable on the surface yet feel fragile underneath.

“The series explores the emotional and spatial realities of contemporary life, where stability and collapse, tradition and rapid change, exist side by side. Through these works, I share my reflections on vulnerability, uncertainty, and the hidden layers we carry within us every day.”

 Victoria Sirooka @Victoria_Sirooka

Victoria Sirooka is a multidisciplinary artist working across painting, drawing, printmaking, and ceramics. Born in Ukraine, she lived in South Africa before settling in France in 2014, where she ran her studio, collaborated with institutions, and completed numerous projects. In September 2025, she moved to London to explore new opportunities and creative collaborations.

Her art is figurative and investigates identity, memory, and human experience, focusing particularly on the relationships between people — social, political, and personal. These reflections form the foundation of her work. She often uses childlike, storybook imagery to convey complex themes with emotional clarity. Victoria works with oil and acrylic paints, dry point engraving, and ceramics, believing that diverse materials and forms complement and enrich one another.

Join us for our Exhibition Launch Night on Friday 13th to meet the artists, see the works on sale and display and enjoy a drink from the bar. Exhibiting Artists.

Arabella Yapp - @Arabellayapppainting

Arabella Yapp is a Contemporary artist from South East London, she studied fine art at Goldsmiths and Middlesex Universities.

Alongside painting Arabella worked as a teacher for many years specialising as an inclusion manager in London schools. Arabella is fascinated with the connection between the abstract qualities of shimmering light and iridescence and capturing how light falls on different surfaces. One of her earliest memories is feeling ecstatic when given metallic powder paint at Nursery school and using it to paint Princesses.

She paints using acrylics sometimes incorporating metallic paints and coloured metallic leaf. She employs vibrant jewel- like colours, focussing on creating impact and bright light by juxtaposing saturated contrasting colours, to make them “sing” and vibrate against each other. Arabella has a keen interest in portraiture and focuses on painting people and places she loves and experiences that bring her joy, using painting like a visual gratitude diary. She lives and works in a diverse, inner city setting and this inclusive life experience is a reflected in her autobiographical work. She investigates the choreography of relationships and the social harmony amongst people from diverse backgrounds in the world in which she lives and works.

Her most frequent subjects are her children, family and close friends. Swimming and water are frequent themes in her work symbolising family fun and happiness. As an obsessionally ardent swimmer she shares this love of water with her parents, siblings and her own children who feature swimming and diving in many of her paintings. Arabella loves to capture the human body in movement such as dancing or diving.

Elhaam Sahebdin @elhaam.sahebdin

“and which of the favours of your Lord will you deny?” is a rhetorical question repeated numerously in the Quran intended to encourage gratitude and appreciation for all creation through mindfulness and living with intention.

From this, I create scenes inspired by nature that use real and imagined subjects, using simple materials such as coloured pencils and fine liners. I create intuitively, allowing my mood to guide the composition and the colours as I work, resulting in art that is both personal and visually engaging. I take inspiration from different cultural art styles around the world as they quite often show me different perspectives to capturing the same subject. My drawing process is intentionally uncomplicated; I find beauty in keeping my subjects in their basic form.

Elhaam Sahebdin is a self-taught Mauritian multimedia artist, living in the UK. Her work explores the simultaneity of nature’s simplicity and intricacies. As an artist who has always found joy in creating with her hands, she takes pride in using simple materials like coloured pencils and pens to bring her own perspective of nature’s beauty to life. Her work has been heavily influenced by her involvement in the vibrant local arts scene, where she has participated in a variety of exhibitions at local galleries and community art spaces. Her style is non-technical and leans towards a simplified illustrative aesthetic. While Elhaam creates from what she finds beautiful, she also hopes to create pieces that evoke humanity in others by bringing awareness to suffering and injustice around the world.

Jartifex - @jartifex_

“I am JDN thee Artifex aka Jartifex.” Artifex - The Latin word artifex means master of an art, artist, craftsman, skilled, artistic, expert, artful. London based, London born and bred individual.

“Art is a constant love of mine since as long as I’ve been able to grasp a pencil who is self taught in all mediums. It helps me focus but also zone out. Ideas bouncing all over the place with a portfolio full of sketches and unfinished ideas due to often never being satisfied. The portfolio of completed work are some of my proudest moments. My preferred method tools being pencil or a ballpoint pen. I’ve decided to digitise my art to bring my ideas and skills to a new level and give it a life previously unseen.

“My style is Inspired and forged by: comic, manga, animation, anime, cinema, tv, music, sports, urban, British, Caribbean, urban & ethnic culture.”

Tom Norman - @tomonorman_art

Tom currently works with abstract painting to explore subconscious emotional states and responses to both the existential and the everyday.

He works primarily with acrylic paint, his process begins with either visual prompts, with what he describes as “eating with my eyes”—or emotional responses drawn from somatic therapeutic practice. His work is characterised by colour relationships, structural counterpoints, and shallow layering techniques to evoke a sense of emotional resonance.

His work for this exhibition goes back to an earlier stage just before abstraction, but very much engaged with emotional response. The paintings are from a series called ‘Liminality,’ which explores the space between good and bad mental health – two states of identity within one mind. The notion of submerging or emerging is depicted through portraiture to capture the inner personal space – to show the inside on the outside.

Sarah Guarino - @guarahsarino

Sarah's practice explores migration, displacement, mobility, identity, lately integrating the experience of motherhood. Considering the personal, overall positive, enriching experience as an Italian in the UK, the artist questions the broader topic of immigration and its almost embedded bad acceptation.

Through etching, lithography and collagraphs, Sarah’s artwork has been looking at prejudice/stereotypes, reflecting on identity and a particularly obsessive relationship with food. She has also explored the topic working on actual pasta as matrix, creating a strong link with a material directly linked to her identity.

Sarah's latest works gravitate towards exploring motherhood and fertility, looking at how they contribute to shape identity. Sarah Guarino graduated in 2020 from Brighton University with a BA Fine Art: Printmaking. She has exhibited her works in the UK mainly in group shows ever since and recently (September 2024) had two solo exhibition in Portugal (Galeria do Espírito Santo, Moura -Beja and Centro de Documentação do Edifício Central do Municipio, Lisbon).

February Exhibition - Artists Open Call

📣 🎨 2026 ARTIST OPEN CALL for The Paxton Centre's February 2026 Group Art Show - Theme 'IDENTITY'...... 📣 📣

⭐️ What makes you you—and who gets to decide?

🖼️ IDENTITY is an upcoming exhibition at The Paxton Centre exploring the complex, layered, and evolving nature of identity. We’re looking for artists who aren’t afraid to challenge the narratives, flip the lens, expose the glitch, or rewrite the script.

🎨 Identity is not fixed; it is shaped by memory, culture, environment, body, technology, language, and lived experience. This exhibition welcomes perspectives that challenge dominant narratives, reveal hidden frameworks, celebrate multiplicity, or complicate the act of self-definition.

🖼️ We invite artists working across mediums that include visual art, installation, digital media, text, multi-media and interdisciplinary practice—to submit works that interrogate, question, or illuminate what it means to identify in today’s world.

Identity is in flux. Let’s show it.

📣 📣 Email thepaxtoncentre@gmail.com to request an Expression of Interest form.

📆 KEY DATES:

  • Applications by 31st December

• Exhibition runs February 2nd - 28th

• Set up Sunday 1st February

• Launch party Friday 13th February 6-9pm

Exhibiting Artists

Romesh Dasan @romeshphotography

“Romesh is a UK-based photographer whose work sits between documentary realism and fine-art portraiture. He uses natural light, shadows, subtle textures, and atmospheric, film-like tones to capture honest moments with clarity, depth, and simplicity."

Sam Simpson-Crew - @samscartist

“Sam is a printmaker and visual artist based in South Norwood. His work is a thoughtful exploration of identity and form, drawing inspiration from nature, myth, his mixed British and Asian heritage, and the enduring principles of the Arts and Crafts movement. Process, materiality, and environmental sustainability have become increasingly vital to Sam’s practice, offering a necessary human presence in a world flooded with AI-generated "artwork". Recently, his focus has shifted to the changing of the seasons and the incorporation of colour, resulting in his first multi-layer reduction print in over 15 years. He is currently seeking to build more expressive and gestural mark-making into his supporting drawing practice.”

Ania Pieniazek - @aniapieniazekpaintings

“Ania is a Polish artist based in London, known for her vibrant and uplifting paintings that celebrate everyday joy and beauty. Born in Katowice, in Poland, Ania displayed a talent for art in early childhood. From the age of 10, she began to attend additional art classes and received tutor ing from a number of well-established Polish artists. At 13, she received her first oil paints from her father, and has worked in the medium for over 30 years now. She studied at Silesia University in Cieszyn, Poland, and obtained her art diploma in 2003 in the studio of Tadeusz Rus. Since moving to London in 2005, Ania’s paintings have been exhibited in numerous solo and joint exhibitions. Her work is on display with multiple galleries throughout the UK, and can be found in the homes of collectors across the country. She had a great pleasure to exhibit with Society of Women Artists at the Mall Galleries in London and with Chelsea Art Society at Chelsea Old Town Hall and she is frequently represented at Affordable Art Fair and Fresh Art Fair.”

Joseph Green @josephgreen.photography

“Joseph is a local photographer who explores abstraction using creative camera techniques. Drawing inspiration from a variety of subjects, his work emphasises movement, texture, and form. His photographs evoke stillness and curiosity — inviting viewers to look beyond the surface and engage with the subtitles of each scene.”

Mark Smith @meonthemap

“I create typographic maps of London, originally hand drawn – so not quite sure what type of artist that makes me! Me On The Map is the creation of Mark Smith, combining his passion for typography, drawing and London living, to create maps that others can connect with as 'home'. Mark arrived in London in the 90s to study graphic design and illustration....and never left. Over 30 years later, South East London is still very much home. Originally hand drawn, our London borough maps show every area and customised to highlight where you live. Street maps are drawn to showcase every road, mews and green space in the area. These can be personalised to pinpoint where you live, who lives there, or the road you live on. So you can say, "That's me (or us!) on the map!"All maps are produced as high quality giclée prints, made to order in the UK.”

Janet Berry

“Janet graduated with a Contemporary Photography degree in 1997 and continues to produce topical work from heavy subject matters. Janet grew up on the border in Northern Ireland and has a very diplomatic view of the 'troubles'. She believes she was lucky to have the upbringing she did - growing up in a non-sectarian area and going to a mixed school. This is reflected throughout her work. Her empathy with the subject matter stems from a very personal experience.  Janet currently lives and works in London as a Creative Producer in the advertising industry. She continues to explore her own photographic art practice.”

Brian Clements @Brian.clements_art

“I work in watercolour/acrylic/mixed media. My work flows between abstract and semi abstract styles dependent on the primary influence whether rural or urban. I use the landscape as a catalyst for personal expression.”

Eva Lindsay

“I love to paint using water colour combined with other mediums. Most of my paintings are inspired by nature especially woodlands. I walk my dog in Crystal Palace park every day so I often take photographs and use those as a reference. I have always painted and enjoyed  crafts and now I am more or less  retired I have much more time to paint and occasionally experiment with new  crafts such as candle making and  soap making.”
