New monthly adult and child pottery workshops are now taking place on a Sunday morning. Booking includes 2 x spaces for 1 adult and 1 child. Alternatively places can be taken up by 2 children aged 6-11yrs and you can leave them with us throughout the workshop. Max 12 per session (6 couples)

During the workshop we will be creating hand built bowls using various techniques you can choose from to create and glaze your unique piece. All ceramic work will be fired and re fired with a gloss glaze and ready to collect from The Paxton Centre two weeks after the workshops.

Workshops are tutored by artist Mariia Shub

"I am a professional Ukrainian artist and ceramicist who has also worked as a production designer and art director in film, animation and theatre. For many years I have run art courses in schools and summer camps for adults, family groups and children of all ages, experimenting with collages, murals, acrylics, water colours, mosaics and ceramics."
